Doors, windows and building materials stacked against the warehouse wall

Pine Bush, NY · Open two weekends a month · Cash and carry

Building materials,
bought by the truckload.

We buy out demos, contractor close-outs, showroom liquidations and clean-outs — then put it all on the floor for a fraction of what it costs new. Cabinets, doors, windows, tile, lumber, appliances, furniture, and a lot of stuff that defies category.

What we sell

No two sales look alike.

Inventory is whatever we hauled out last. Some months it’s twenty kitchens off a showroom floor, some months it’s a farmhouse worth of furniture and four pallets of tile. Show up early.

  • Cabinets & Countertops

    Cabinets & Countertops

Full kitchen sets out of showroom liquidations and remodels, still shrink-wrapped. Butcher block, live-edge slabs, laminate tops and offcuts.

  • Doors & Windows

    Doors & Windows

Prehung interior and exterior doors, steel frames, sliders, sash, storm units. A lot of it is new overstock that never got installed.

  • Building Materials

    Building Materials

Lumber, trim, flooring, tile and backer, Schluter membrane, joint compound, fixtures, shower pans, fluorescent and LED lighting.

  • Appliances

    Appliances

Ranges, refrigerators, washers, dryers, water heaters. Mostly pulled working out of houses. Sold as-is, priced accordingly.

  • Furniture

    Furniture

Dressers, tables, chairs, desks, shelving. Some solid antiques, a lot of plain honest furniture that just needs a room to go in.

  • Tools, Housewares & Odd Lots

    Tools, Housewares & Odd Lots

Cast iron, dishes, trowels, hand tools, shoe lasts, pulleys, sealed toys, sporting goods. The shelves the regulars dig through first.

Prices

We buy the whole building.

When a house comes down or a showroom changes lines, someone has to empty it fast. We take the entire lot — cabinets, doors, windows, appliances, fixtures, the works — on their schedule, for one number.

Plenty of shops will sell you a reclaimed door for four hundred dollars, and they’re not wrong. They buy them one at a time. We bought yours with two hundred other things, which is why it’s seventy-five.

Contractors buying volume — a pallet, a full kitchen, a truckload — we price that differently. Come find us on the floor.

  • Full kitchen — cabinets + counters$4,000 new$1,695
  • Stainless range$900 new$395
  • Butcher block countertop$400 new$175
  • Vanity with top$350 new$150
  • Prehung interior door$180 new$75

Examples from recent sales, not a price list. Inventory turns over completely between sales.

How this works

Our overhead is low. So are the prices.

Perfectly good cabinets, doors, tile and lumber get thrown in a dumpster every day in this county — not because anything’s wrong with them, but because nobody had two days and a truck to get them out. We have the two days and the truck. You get the savings.

Have something to sell?
  1. 01

    Somebody needs it gone

A demo contractor, a landlord, a kitchen showroom changing lines, a family clearing out a house. Sometimes we hear a week ahead, sometimes the morning of.

  2. 02

    We buy the whole lot

Not the good pieces — the whole thing. One number, no picking through it, and we load and haul on your schedule instead of ours.

  3. 03

    It hits the floor cheap

Sorted, stickered and out for the next sale weekend. No online listings, no holds, no reserves. First person there with cash gets it.

Good to know

  • Cash. Bring smaller bills if you can.
  • Bring a truck, straps and a second set of hands — we don't deliver.
  • Wear boots. It's a warehouse floor, not a showroom.
  • Everything is as-is. Open the drawers, check the cords, look it over.
  • Buying a pallet or a whole kitchen? Ask. We'll make a number.

Sale alerts

The good stuff goes in the first hour.

We open two weekends a month and the floor looks completely different every time. The list is how regulars find out what came in — a short note with photos a few days ahead, and nothing else.

  • Two messages a month, maximum.
  • Photos of notable pieces before they hit the floor.
  • Unsubscribe in one click. We never share the list.

Add it if you'd rather get a text than an email.

We use your contact info only to announce sales. We don’t sell or share the list, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe.

Get in touch

Need something? Got something?

Both are worth an email. If you’re after a specific thing, tell us — we haul in far more than fits on the floor and we’ll flag it when it turns up. If you’ve got a demo, a close-out, a showroom changing lines, or a house that needs emptying, we buy whole lots, pay cash, and clear out fast.
